巨颚叉角锹形虫（学名：Hexarthrius mandibularis），属于鞘翅目的锹形虫科。[3]公虫体长48—118毫米（1.9—4.6英寸），母虫则为41—52毫米（1.6—2.0英寸），是第二长的锹形虫，仅次于长颈鹿锯锹形虫，也是世界上最大的锹形虫之一。[4]

分布于印度尼西亚苏门答腊全岛高海拔山区，体长最大为118.5毫米（4.67英寸）。
